If you have made your order but you want to make changes in it you can contact us here, preferably a phone call so that changes will be made in time

Yes you can return or exchange products bought on sale, however terms and conditions do apply.

Although it doesn’t happen often, no one is perfect and sometimes faults can occur. Drop us an email at online@ugfabrics.com with pictures of the faults. If we determine the item is damaged, we will rectify at our expense or replace your item.

Check your email inbox! As soon as you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If for some reason you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder or email us at online@ugfabrics.com for us to resend it to you.

Yes you can! We use First freight couriers . So contact us at online@ugfabrics.com then we will update you or provide you with a tracking number.

Our lead time currently is 5-7 Working days from order date. This includes courier time.
